Q:

On the company website, it states that this tour only runs February through April. Yet the Groupon terms state that this deal expires within 180 days and can only be used for the option purchased. I am visiting in May, which is within the 180 days, but it appears that the tour does not run in May?

A:

I'm sorry for any confusion or concern. They are scheduling tours all the way through June! Enjoy your tour!

Q:

The rules say the Groupon is good for 180 days after purchase. However, on the company website, the Wine Tasting/Treasure Island tour is only through April. Therefore, if I purchased one today (Feb 25) will the Groupon be good for the Golden Gate Bridge Tour when I vacation in May?

Q:

Is this some type of SCAM? You say the 1-person tour has a retail value of $90... BUT, I'm able to go to the merchants website and book an adult ticket, on April 25, for $50.. What gives?

chris s.  asked on  Feb 21, 2013

A:

Chris, it looks like you were booking the classic Fire Engine Tour, which would be $50/person. As noted on the deal page, this is for the City and Winery tour which is $90/person.
