I bought a Groupon for Ruth's "Sing better in a day" class and attended this past weekend. I had always been interested in singing, sang in choirs as an adolescent, etc. I hadn't given myself permission to pursue this as a passion until recently. Ruth's easy teaching style made my "awkward" feelings of singing in public again for the first time in years fly straight out the window!

She taught using the Singing Belt during the 2 hour session and I found it to be quite a helpful tool in immediately feeling exactly where the diaphram is, and what it is "supposed" to feel like when correctly singing with breath support. I think that Ruth's class was just the boost of confidence and instruction that I needed to get back into enjoying a personal passion to its fullest (instead of simply in the shower!)

Great belt. I have been putting the belt on my singing students in their lessons to test it. I've noticed a stronger bottom support in their voices as they sing and the students say that it helps them keep their ribs in a good expansion position. Good work Ruth.
