Q:

Hello, My hair is orginally dark brown, and I dyed it blonde/light brown last year and then dark brown again, and now I would like to go for a Lighter brown.. do you think package 2 will help achieve that colour or should I got with package 3? thanks

hanein z.  asked on  Jan 22, 2013

A:

Hi, Option 3 would allow you to lighten the ends of your base colour. If you have roots, you may also require a colour applied. Unfortunately this is not included in the highlight service and would be an additional cost of $35 above the cost of option 3.

Q:

Hi there - for the full colour package, is it permanent hair colour or can we get semi permanent? I have virgin darkest brown/black hair and prefer not to go permanent. Are you able to apply a blue or purple tone to it? Thanks!

Priscilla P.  asked on  Jan 21, 2013

A:

Hi, semi-permanent colour (glossing) is available with Option 2 (all over colour). A semi-permanent colour cannot lighten the hair, it only darkens. A purple tone can be added but the colour will look closer to brown than purple. Adding a blue tone would make the semi-permanent colour much darker. To be able to see more tone, permanent colour is the best choice.

Q:

Hi there! I'm interested in purchasing option 2 (full head colour). Do you offer semi permanent hair colouring as opposed to permanent? I have dark dark brown/black hair, virgin (never coloured) and prefer to go with something that fades in a month or 2. Thanks! P

Priscilla P.  asked on  Jan 21, 2013

A:

Hi, Option 2 (all over colour) would be valid for either permanent or semi permanent colour. Our salon refers to semi-permanent colour as a glossing- an ammonia-free colour that last 4 to 6 weeks and fades out of the hair.

Q:

Hello, I have a dark, medium length hair and I want to change it to a lighter colour. Would you suggest that? Which package do you recommend?

A:

If your hair is not coloured darker then you would be able to have a lighter colour applied. If your hair was darkened with any type if colour then only a colour correction would allow you to go lighter. None of our available deals covers colour correction.

Q:

I have black hair but I want to colour my hair to chocolate or dark brown, will there be additional cost to this if i purchased the second package? thank you very much!

Vai Y.  asked on  Jan 21, 2013

A:

Hi, if you have natural, dark hair (not chemically coloured) then applying a lighter colour would allow you to go a lighter or chocolate brown. If your hair is coloured darker then you would require a colour correction and none of the available deals would cover this service.

Q:

hi my hair reaches my mid-back i was wondering how much extra (if at all :) ) would i need to pay if i choose option 2? Thank you.

fauzia a.  asked on  Jan 19, 2013

A:

Hair that is slightly below the shoulders would be no additional charge. If your hair is to the middle of your back or down to your waist then it would only be an additional $10. Hope this helps.

When purchasing option 2...how much extra is charged for long hair? And is it one flat rate for long hair...or does it increase the longer the hair?
