I ordered two letters for for my grandson and his sister , my granddaughter. The letters did not come at the same time. My grandson's letter came on Christmas Eve-although they were suppose to be there by much earlier- and my granddaughter's did not come until a week after Christmas. I tried contacting Groupon (who said it was not their responsibility to fix it) and attempted to contact the Santa letter company who never got back with me. So disappointing.

Horrible!!! Just received the letter for my grandson today!! Today is March 24th!!! A little late! Will be trying to get a refund!

All of the little people who received these Letters from Santa were thrilled to receive them BUT, their parents had no idea who sent them...I was annoyed that I had to ASK if they received the letters, because there was no where on it, that indicated WHO actually sent them.
