Q:

What age group is this for? The elf makeover costs extra, right? How about the gingerbread house?

Sue P.  asked on  Nov 30, 2012

A:

Great for children 10 and under, but can be enjoyed by anyone who like Christmas. The complete elf makeover would be an extra cost, but the gingerbread house area is included.

Q:

Is the facility wheel chair accessible? Noticed there is two floors of activities, is there an elevator inside? Thanks

Lorena L.  asked on  Dec 1, 2012

A:

Yes, but advanced notice is required to make sure the activities that are upstairs are brought down to the first floor as there is not an elevator. Please call Santa's Wonderland to let them know.

Q:

Do any of the listed activities... such as the elf makeover or gingerbread house creation cost additional money beyond the entry fee?

Jill H.  asked on  Nov 30, 2012

A:

If you would like to purchase anything from Candy Cane Cafe or from Mistletoe Market those items are not included in the admission price. Also, in Elf Makeover Magic full makeovers would be at an additional cost. All other activities are included.
