Made my first appointment with them. They never showed up, didn’t call to let me know what was going on. I’ve left them a voicemail and sent and email asking where the cleaners were. No response!

I had a confirmed cleaning service (conf. 29810) for 10am today. It is now 1:30pm and their cleaners have not shown up. I have emailed them and telephoned them to find out what's going on. They have not emailed me or responded to my phone message. I am very disappointed.
