About North Pole Santa Letters
Santa Claus may be able to stretch seconds into minutes and minutes into hours, but he still doesn't have enough time to personally respond to every boy and girl who writes him during the Christmas season. That's why his helpers at North Pole Santa Letters take over this important duty, allowing the big guy to concentrate on toy production and reindeer preparedness. With just some basic information about the child—name, city, lobbying positions on coal—the scribes compose and send personalized letters to children throughout the United States. Each letter addresses the child by name in old-English font, and then gets signed by Santa and sealed with a wax "S." The senders route each letter through the actual North Pole post office in Alaska, giving it the final, all-important touch: an authentic North Pole postmark. An example of the letter can be found here.
Adults who wish to see a child eagerly tear open their letter from Santa and watch as their face glows with Christmas cheer simply enter the required information online. In the place of a letter, they can also opt for a frameable "Nice List" certificate, which bears the child's name and the signatures of both Santa and Rudolph.
