We had a wonderful time. The salt cave, hand and foot treatment, and infrared sauna were even more soothing and therapeutic than I expected! Thank you to to the excellent staff - we were treated so well. My friend also received a free oxygen cocktail because it was her birthday. Thanks for having us, we'll be back!

My friend and I really enjoyed the 02 therapy and the salt cave was a very cool experience. We did find certain staff working the day we went to be very rude which is why we gave a 4 star review instead of 5.

Make sure you wear warm cloths as the room is cold. Throw provided by the spa free of charge.

This salt cave is second to none. They offer multiple packages with different healing experiences. I've looked into other salt caves in the GTA and this one truly has a cave type feel.

About Sante Salt Cave & Healing Spa
The caves at Sante Salt Cave & Healing Spa may be manmade, but they're based on one of nature's most fascinating healing places. Like the salt mines that occur naturally deep in the earth, each cave is stocked with 12 tons of Himalayan pink salt. The salt is kept at the same temperature and humidity as it would be found down below, which allows the salt's natural air-filtering properties and negative ions to be released. These negatively charged ions are thought to naturally improve guests' health and mood, helping them breathe deeper and feel calmer. Even those who don't seek to venture into the caves, however, can find other holistic approaches to their health at Sante Salt Cave & Healing Spa, including massages, flotation therapy, as well as yoga within the cave.
