The first time I purchased a groupon for air duct cleaning with Santos helpers. They missed the appointments scheduled and it tOok them over 2 weeks to return my call requesting an explanation as to why no one showed up. I called Groupon for a refund. I got a groupon credit. Another deal for air duct cleaning came up and it was for Santos helpers again. I still needed the service and gave them the benefit of the dought and figured they were bombarded with business due to groupon. The same thing happened again. They missed a scheduled appointment with no cancellation call before and no follow up apology call after. I had to call and leave a message to get a call days later. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. When they did call me they did apologize and catered to my needs by scheduling a late appointment. It was a one man show and probably should have been two. I spent more money than I expected for the vents upstairs. Overall I wasn't completely satisfied with the service. They need two workers for the field and an administration for scheduling, calendars, and organization.
