I was surprised that this wasn’t an actual massage, it’s just a machine. I don’t think it’s worth the cost. The “spa” is a lobby and a room with a bed that has the leg wrap and jacket that connect to the machine. Everything was clean & comfy. It had a sterile feel to it. The staff person that helped me was kind, clear with info & professional. I just wish the information was clearer re the service, when I got it on Groupon.
