Overall, I am dissatisfied with the services that I requested. They earned only 2 stars because of the convenience of scheduling your services and date online through their website, of which lead to a long email conversation of what dates and times would work, and they did a good job cleaning the bathroom and oven. I requested a move out cleaning, along with extra services, oven, windows, and fridge/freezer cleaning. I confirmed with the cleaners at the appointment what I had requested. They claim they vacuumed but was still quite dirty. They cleaned the oven and kitchen counters but didn't clean the floor. I'm not sure what they did with the 2 hour appointment. My advice would be to book directly with the company and on the phone so that there is no miscommunication on what is to be expected and when. The scheduling issues is a long story....

I called to try and get an appointment booked and she redeemed my groupon even though I hadn't used it yet. I called and talked with someone from Sapphire Maids and she said not to worry that I would still be able to use the groupon. Once I called a couple months later when I was ready to use the groupon I couldn't get ahold of anyone. I called on 4 different days and left 3 voicemail messages with no return call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! I am very disappointed by Sapphire Maids. I used a Groupon to book a $299 housecleaning ($199 4-bedroom +$50 deep cleaning + $30 refrigerator cleaning=$279). Two individuals came to clean my home on Saturday, October 15. I was told via email “a 10:30 am start time and finishing at approximately 2:30 pm.” The individuals arrived at 11:00am left at 12:30pm, staying only 1.5 hours. The man reeked of cigarette smoke and left that scent throughout my home. We are non-smokers and have a baby at home. They did not bring with them basic cleaning supplies like a mop, toilet bowl cleaner, wood cleaner, etc. I had a mop that I was able to provide, but they did not have a way to clean the toilet bowl or wood items like the dining table. I had requested two extras: 1. Refrigerator Cleaning +$30 2. Deep Cleaning +$50 The refrigerator was not even touched- inside or outside. I reminded them to clean it before leaving. They called the owner/manager and told me that she said that it would be an additional $30, even though it was already listed in the email I had received. She later told me that the Groupon does not allow add ons, which raises the question how I am getting "$299 Worth of Services." I also asked them to clean the toilets and other areas before leaving, but they did not do that. The deep cleaning did not take place. The website states that a deep cleaning includes the following, highlighted below are the services that were not provided (please refer to attached photos)- -All Areas Dusting Empty Trash Can(s) -This was not done Vacuum Carpet Sweep & Mop Floors -This was not done in the bathrooms, even when I requested it Clean Mirrors Clean Interior Glass -This was not done Cobweb Removal -This was not done in the bedrooms and bathrooms Baseboard Detail -This was not done Detail Doors/Door Frames -Wet Areas Dust Cabinet Doors Clean Countertops -This was not done Vacuum Area Rugs -This was not done Polish Cabinet Doors -This was not done Inside Cabinet Cleaning -This was not done -Kitchen Stove Top and Overhead Fan Clean Microwave -This was not done Wipe Large Kitchen Appliances Counter-Top Appliances – Partial Run & Fill Dishwasher -This was not done Wipe Laundry Appliances -This was not done, did not even enter laundry room -Bathroom(s) Scrub & Clean Toilets – Neither toilet was cleaned Scrub & Clean Showers & Tubs -Upstairs shower and tub was not cleaned Scrub & Clean Sinks -Living Areas Vacuum Closet Space -This was not done Dust Furniture & Decorations Tidy Up Shoes/Clothes -This was not done Vacuum Couch & Chairs – No couches and chairs were vacuumed I feel like I was scammed by these terrible people.

This has been a complete nightmare. Getting your house cleaned should be a liberating experience... this was the antithesis. We dealt with 2 cancels the night before and the 3rd time, someone actually showed up. Hurrah! Well, the cleaning was sub par... I would have just paid my kids a little extra if I knew this is what the outcome would be. Also, $1,000 was stolen from our safe. You might be asking why the heck we would keep that at home... well, I'll say that's a mistake you only have to make once. Don't bother with these guys. I anticipate a full refund from someone but I won't hold my breath.
