Sapphire Springs Hydrotherapy Spa
Locally owned and operated, Sapphire Springs Hydrotherapy Spa offers its clients an escape from the hustle and bustle of the outside world at their float center. After entering a private room to change and shower, clients enter their personal flotation tank to shut out light and sound, floating in 95-degree water filled with 1,000 pounds of Epsom salts, which grants a feeling of weightlessness. Floating may help meditation and induce a relaxed state, as well as a number of other possible mental and physical benefits. After float sessions, guests shower and dry off and can relax and decompress in the lounge. Sapphire Springs Hydrotherapy Spa states that float sessions may help arthritis, muscle tissue, pregnancy pain, PTSD, fibromyalgia, ADHD, and stress.
