Choose Between Two Options
- $15 for $25 worth of shabu-shabu menu for two or more
- $30 for $50 worth of shabu-shabu menu for four or more
In a shabu-shabu dish, diners dip thin slices of meat and vegetables into their choice of boiling broth. The cooked pieces can then be dunked in dipping sauces and eaten alongside rice. Once the entree is finished, the remaining rice is typically combined with the remaining broth to be eaten as a soup. Here, diners may choose their soup base (like spicy pork miso or japanese curry) and their entree (like kobe rib eye, pork, mixed seafood, or Alaskan king crab). See the full menu here.
Sapporo Ramen & Shabu Shabu
The chefs at Sapporo Ramen & Shabu Shabu wouldn't dream of using an instant soup base for their ramen or shabu-shabu broth. Instead, they spend hours simmering high-quality stock, deepening the flavors of ingredients such as hearty pork or spicy kimchi. Diners can slurp the sumptuous results in ramen bowls loaded with noodles, veggies, and roasted meats, or opt for simmering shabu-shabu in which to dunk choice ingredients such as enoki mushrooms or sliced-to-order kobe beef.
