Casey’s spa is gorgeous, and my experience was relaxing and enjoyable! She matched the lashes to my eye shape perfectly and I get so many compliments. They’ve stayed on great, but I already have my next appointment. I’m also excited to try her other services and products. Thanks Casey!

They did not turn out anything like the picture I showed her. They were very short stubby and fell out quickly. Unfortunately I was going on vacation so I was stuck with them. Kind of embarrassing.

Prior to applying your full set, we had a 15-minute consultation where we thoroughly discussed your desired length, thickness, and style — even reviewing a reference photo together to ensure we were on the same page. The lengths used (10mm, 11mm, and 12mm) are standard and widely used in the industry for creating a natural yet noticeable look. These lengths are not considered "short or stubby" by professional standards, and I made sure to review the final results with you before you left, to confirm that they met your expectations — which you confirmed they did. As for retention concerns, I’ve been in the lash industry for 18 years and have built my reputation on both quality work and long-lasting results. I take all feedback seriously, and I truly wish you had reached out to me directly with your concerns sooner so I could have addressed them and made things right for you. Leaving a negative review nearly a month after your appointment, without giving me the opportunity to resolve the issue, is disappointing.
