The workouts at Sasquatch CrossFit aren't like the ones you'll get at most other gyms. Whereas classic training tends to focus on the individual, rote workouts, and exercise equipment, CrossFit takes a different path to fitness. In many ways, it's more direct; rather than rely on a circuit of machine-centered reps, CrossFit uses push-ups, pull-ups, and weight training to create an old-fashioned workout.
