Lessons take place seven days a week, with a variety of morning, afternoon, and evening times available. To accommodate a wide assortment of students, the studio hosts separate classes for various skill, fitness, and experience levels.

Although Pilates focuses a bit more on building core strength, the sessions also emphasize the importance of measured breathing and controlled, mindful movements.
