Savannah's Fresh Catch Seafood

Dexter Meeks is out of bed before sunrise every day. He and his wife Shannon co-own Savannah's Fresh Catch Seafood and know how important it is to have that day's freshest blue crabs ready to go. Along with boiled or steamed blue crabs, the duo and their team serve oysters, shrimp, and combo baskets brimming with fryer-crisped seafood and hush puppies. On occasion, they prepare crab cakes or shrimp salad with their fresh seafood, but guests usually experience the Meeks' offerings in a simple form—either fried, raw, or in a bag for at-home cooking. In addition to popular staples such as fish, crab, and scallops, Fresh Catch also serves up specialty items such as alligator, frog legs, and conch.

Customer Reviews

The rainbow grouper is fresh. But price is high. At Asian supermarkets in Atlanta the rainbow grouper only 5.99 per pound.
