This place was cool. The staff really made it fun for the kids and told so many cool facts. I do wish we got to hold more snakes, but I understand they’re live animals and need space and rest. We did get to hold one super sweet snake and that was great. The enclosures were all clean, the animals seemed to be very well taken-care of and many even responded to the staff and acted like they wanted to be held, which shows how hands-on and attentive the staff members are with them. The alligator was a fan favorite and he was active when we were there, swimming around for a little while before climbing back up to his spot under the lamp. We couldn’t believe how clean his enclosure was compared to others we’ve seen. I also can’t stress enough how kind and personable the staff was. Jason did our tour & was great! And the other one we met (I’m not sure on his name) was also very nice.

My boyfriend loves reptiles and had some much fun coming here. The staff were knowledgeable and funny and the animals were well cared for.
