Q:

I have a bunch of slides to be digitized. In what form should I take them to the UPS store - in a carousel, in stacks each rubber baned together, or loose in a bag?

Jay R.  asked on  Jun 17, 2013

A:

Hey Jay We accept slides loose, banded together or in carousels... whichever is easier for you to get them to us. If you want them scanned in a certain order, we do recommend keeping them carousels or banding them together and please number each slide so our techs will know exactly what order to scan them in. Please call us at 888-333-2808 or email us at support@scandigital.com if you have questions. Thank You!

Q:

Where is the closest store to Nokomis, FL?

John C.  asked on  Jun 17, 2013

A:

John - This is an online deal so we do not have a processing location in Florida. We process all materials in a single facility in Los Angeles. We do, however, have a partnership with the UPS store which enables us to ensure safe and secure shipping to and from our facility. When placing your order, you can take your materials to the UPS store near you. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us here on the the discussion boards, directly by email (support@scandigital.com) or by phone (888.333.2808) Monday-Friday 8-6 and Saturday 10-5 Pacific time. Thanks for your interest in our deal!

Hey Dianne. Thank you for contacting us. We need the film to be developed as we do not do any film processing I apologize for the inconvenience.
