Q:

I have 21 pieces/parts of VHS tapes and 8 mini cassette tapes. What combination do I buy to pay for this volume of material? Terri Causseaux

Terri C.  asked on  Jun 24, 2013

A:

Hi Terri, Thank you for your interest in our video transfer services. We charge $19.95 to transfer a video tape of 2 hours or less to digital format. Based on your counts, I would recommend purchasing 3 of our $100 options to lower your cost. If you plan to edit your digital footage in any way, I'd suggest our Expert Transfer option. For only $10 more per tape, you will receive high quality .avi video files in addition to your footage on DVDs. A lot of our customers take advantage of the Expert Transfer option to have access to these higher quality files, and be able to use an external hard drive as an added backup for their memories. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly by email (support@scandigital.com) or by phone (888-333-2808).
