A:

Hi Terrence, Thank you for your interest in our slide scanning services. We charge $0.68 to scan a 35mm slide at our standard 2000 DPI resolution. If you'd like a higher resolution scan for enlarged prints and higher quality digital files, we charge $0.88 to scan a 35mm slide at 4000 DPI resolution. With the $29 deal, you will have $100 to use towards our services which can redeemed for 147 35mm slide scans at normal resolution or 113 35mm slide scans at our higher resolution. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us directly by email (support@scandigital.com) or by phone (888.333.2808).

Q:

Hello, we have many Disney VHS videos. Can you turn those into DVDs ? Legally? Thanks

Marcia L.  asked on  Jun 17, 2013

A:

Hey Marcia. Thank you very much for contacting us. I apologize for the inconvenience, however it illegal for us to digitize Disney VHS tapes or any other tape protected under copyright laws. We are more than happy to assist with digitizing your personal home videos or pictures. If you have some of those around the house and are interested in having them converted to DVD, please do not hesitate to call us at 888-333-2808 and we can provide you with more information. Thank You!
