Q:

I have quite a few VHS tapes with horrible tracking. Can your service clean up the tracking so that they are viewable?

Hey Dale. Thank you for contacting us. Tracking issues are definitely something we work hard to correct; our video techs do their best to adjust settings for each tape to minimize tracking problems that would normally show up in your digitized files. Unfortunately due to the age and condition of some video tapes, there is not much we are able to do to correct the problem. If we receive a tape that suffers from tracking issues and the final product we produce is not watchable, we will discard the file and send the tape back without transfer with a note indicating the tracking issues.
