1. I have over 10 VHS and many, Many home movies on 8mm and 16mm reels. I did not understand what the bulk order discount is - please explain. 2. The VHSs are designation as 120 for SP. But if recorded in LP or EP they say on the box it could record up to 6hrs. Do not know how they were recorded. will there be an extra charge if recorded in these other speeds? 3. If I send you over or under the amount I paid, how will this be adjusted? Thank you, Jeanette

Jeanette - Thanks for your questions. 1) For video and film orders you can ignore the bulk order concept, this applies only to photography orders with more than 1,000 images. This deal will cover the VHS, 8mm and 16mm materials. 2) We charge $19.95 for up to 2 hours of footage on the video tape. Over 2 hours, we bill in 2 hour increments. This means a tape over 2 hours would count as two tapes and over 4 hours would count as 3 tapes. A 6 hour tape would be billed at a cost of $59.85. To alleviate some concern only about 3% of the tapes we receive are recorded in a format that results in 4+ hour tapes. 3) If you send under the amount, you will have a remaining credit balance to use in the future. If you send over the amount, we will bill the overage to your credit card at the end of our process. I hope this helps clarify things and please let us know if you have any other questions!
