Q:

What type of turnaround is there? I have between 1100-1200 photos. How long would this generally take?

Denis C.  asked on  Nov 22, 2012

A:

Hi Denis - An order of your size is typically done in 2-3 weeks. This varies of course depending on the amount of work we have in our queue. With the holidays coming up, we recommend sending in your materials are soon as possible if you want them back in time for Christmas next month. If you have any questions, please feel free to post on these boards or email us. Happy Thanksgiving!

Q:

Does every separate VHS tape count as "one"? I have several tapes that have only 10 minutes on them. Just wondered if that would count as "one" VHS tape? Or is there an amount measured in minutes? Thanks

Liz B.  asked on  Nov 22, 2012

A:

Liz B - Each tape does count as one. Even for short tapes there is a significant amount of prep work to set the tape up in our system and ensure that it is processed properly. I hope this helps and please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!

Q:

This looks like a US-based service. What should we expect in terms of shipping charges back to Canada? Are there any Duty fees as well?

Robert B.  asked on  Nov 22, 2012

A:

Robert B - we are a U.S. based company. Because we're providing a service and not a product there should not be duty fees with your return shipment. Our return shipping charges to Canada are $25. Thanks for your interest and please let us know if you have any other questions!
