The groupon lists what you get for a $100 package, but what is included in the $300 package? I have 8 beta tapes that I need transferred onto DVD's. Should I get two $100 packages or one $300 package?

Stephanie B.  asked on  Nov 23, 2012

Stephanie - The $300 voucher covers 600 photos, 900 feet of film or 15 video tapes. If you have other materials beyond the 8 beta tapes, you may want to go for the $300 option, otherwise 2 $100 vouchers would cover your order. Thanks for your interest in ScanDigital and please let us know if you have other questions!

Where is their store located? No way am I mailing my things to anyone I do not know when companies on Groupon have a habit of going bankrupt.

Hi Sabrina - We are located in Torrance, CA. I completely appreciate and understand your concern. We have been in business for over 5 years. We are one of the leaders in the digitization industry, included in Inc's list of Fastest Growing Companies this year. We've transferred over 55 million feet of film, scanned more than 22 million images, and transferred over half a million video tapes. Almost all of our customers ship their order to us, with a very small percentage of them in-state. We recommend using one of the UPS shipping options on our website because we are integrated with their tracking system and can track your package. If you have any other concerns, please contact us directly and we'd be happy to help you send your order in safely.
