Geri - Just to add to Megan's response - we can repair the broken tapes. Depending on the severity of the damage, we do charge a small fee for the repairs (generally ~$10 per tape).

Q:

Can I pick and choose parts of VHS tapes and have the order edited.

Sheila D.  asked on  Nov 22, 2012

A:

Most customers find our standard removal of blank film and chapter insertion sufficient, but we are always happy to work with you to meet your needs. During the transfer, we use barcode scanners to ensure that each reel of film will be a separate chapter on your DVD. For customers wishing to edit their movies post conversion, we recommend our hard drive option.

Customer Tip: Please provide as much information as possible either in your package or via email. This will ensure we are able to meet your needs.
