Q:

Do you have a store front we go to or do we have to mail photos in to get them back in CD format?

Jackie C.  asked on  Oct 29, 2012

A:

Hi Jackie! Our photography processing center is located in Torrance, CA. If you are local to the area, you are more than welcome to drop off your materials during business hours. If you are not local to us, we do have shipping options available when you place your order. When you place your order, you have the option to select UPS Ground shipping for $10 or you can select self shipping. The UPS Ground shipping is a flat rate for packages up to 50 pounds. All orders will be returned via UPS Ground for $10.

Q:

Our reels are 7 inch. Will the $115.00 option do three of these? Thank you, Mary Grace West

Mary Grace W.  asked on  Oct 28, 2012

A:

Hi Mary! Thanks for your interest in our deal. A seven inch reel contains about 400 feet of film. With your three reels that would come out to 1200 feet of film. With our premium transfer, we transfer reel to reel film for $.28 per foot. The cost of your order would come out to $300 plus shipping costs. The $300 Groupon would cover most of the shipping costs and then you could just pay for the overage. Please feel free to contact us at support@scandigital.com with any further questions.

Q:

Are photos categorized when digitized. For instance, our family photos from the 1990's are organized by year. Will they be placed in folders on a DVD by year or event?

David L.  asked on  Oct 28, 2012

A:

Hi David! If you send your photos to us in titled baggies or envelopes, we can definitely create groups on your disc with those images include. Please be sure to include a note in our special instructions when you place your order. Thanks!
