Q:

They say up to 5 VHS tapes. But some have 2hrs of video on them, and some have 6. Does that matter?

Paul B.  asked on  Dec 2, 2012

A:

Hi Paul! Great question. It is $19.95 per tape 2 hours or less. 6 hour tapes will be charged at $19.95 per 2 hour increments. If you have anymore questions, please don't hesitate to send an email to support@scandigital.com

Q:

We are in Oregon and have two dozen VHS tapes. Please explain the mailing/sending process. Tod T.

Tod T.  asked on  Dec 1, 2012

A:

Hello Tod! The first step would be to place an order online at https://www.scandigital.com/order-form.php. You're welcome to self - ship but we do recommend going through UPS straight from our site. This way you'll be able to track it and so will we. Shipping within the continental U.S. is $10 flat rate up to 50 pounds. If you have anymore questions, please feel free to send an email to support@scandigital.com
