Q:

Hi, some of my photos have not aged too well and the colors have faded. Will the scanning process improve the colors or will I be able to do it using I-photo on my Mac? Simon L

A:

Simon - Welcome to ScanMyPhotos.com, we're glad you found us. We do a straight scan of the photograph however we do offer the service to enhance your older/faded photos. Simply select " Photo Soap " as an additional service. You can also edit the files yourself in iphoto on your mac once you copy the files to your computer.

What is the additional charge to have non-4x6 prints scanned as part of this Groupon? I went to your website and I couldn't find an answer. I have a lot of 3x3, 3x5 and 8x10 photos of my family which need to be scanned and this Groupon makes it very attractive.

A:

Claudia - The cost to add sizes other than 4x6 is $14.00 per Groupon for the 500 deal and $20.00 per Groupon for the 1000 deal.
