Q:

What if my 500 photos are 3 1/2 x 5, would that still be the same price as the 4 x 6 groupon? Most of my pictures are old and are in the smaller format than the 4 x 6

Jamie R.  asked on  Mar 8, 2013

A:

Scott - Welcome to ScanMyPhotos.com, we're glad you found us. This discounted Groupon deal as-is is only for scanning 4x6" photos to DVD however we do offer to scan other sizes upon submission of your order to us for scanning. Here's how: First, purchase the Groupon deal today. Then, when submitting your photos to us for scanning, select the option to scan sizes other than 4x6 on the order form for an additional fee per Groupon. Q:

I have an expired coupon for 1,000 4x6 photos. I understand that it will not produce a 1000 scan value anymore.. But....... Can the purchased value of that expired groupon now be used as cash "money" toward any extra service upgrades? I might add to/with a new purchase of today's $29 groupon for 1000 4x6 ?

Ann-Joe R.  asked on  Mar 7, 2013

A:

Ann-Joe - Welcome to ScanMyPhotos.com, we're glad you found us. Unfortunately any expired Groupon can not be used towards any existing Groupon order. It must be used towards our regular photo scanning service. Please click here for details on how to order. http://www.scanmyphotos.com/product/PPSS.html

Q:

Do you recommend upgrading to 600 dpi? If i have a few thousand photos, can I buy a few groupons, divide pics, and ship separately?

Joy G.  asked on  Mar 6, 2013

A:

Joy - Welcome to ScanMyPhotos.com, we're glad you found us. Yes, upgrading to 600dpi is highly recommended. The 600dpi upgrade is $24.00 per groupon when ordering the 500 groupon deal or $29.00 per groupon when ordering the 1000 groupon deal. First, purchase the Groupon deal today. Then, when submitting your photos to us for scanning, select the option 600dpi scanning on the order form. You can buy up to 4 Groupons to use for yourself and 2 additional as gifts. If you purchase 4 1000 Groupon deals you can send each Groupon ( 1000 photos ) at a time if you would prefer. You can also send all 4000 photos at once if you purchase 4 Groupons.
