Q:

I have two more questions: 1) How many photos are scanned onto a dvd? 2) If I send my photos in rubberbanded bundles of 100-150 will the operator scan each rubberbanded bundle in order or will they take the rubberbands off each bundle and scan them randomly.

Jeanette S.  asked on  Mar 5, 2013

A:

Jeanette - In order to guarantee that your order be scanned in the specific order you send them in you must order the scan in order service. Also, all photos are scanned onto 1 DVD data disc and returned to you along with your photos.

Q:

This is Larry P again. I writing once again about the previous question for it's still not clear. Her is my previous email question ---- Q: I wrote previously, here is my question and your response. Q: Some of my pictures are smaller than 4 by 6. In the 70s and 80s the standard picture size was 3 1/2 by 5. Can these slightly small pictures be scanned on this deal? A: Larry - This discounted Groupon deal as-is is only for scanning 4x6" photos to DVD however we do offer to scan other sizes upon submission of your order to us for scanning. Here's how: First, purchase the Groupon deal today. Then, when submitting your photos to us for scanning, select the option to scan sizes other than 4x6 on the order form for an additional fee per Groupon. This will allow you to send sizes ranging from 3x3" up to 8x10" (Please note photos must be organized by size). Here is my follow up question -- Thank you for your reply. What would be the fee per picture or per 100 pictures (or however you price your packages) for 3 ½ by 5 inch pictures? A: Larry - The cost is $14.00 per Groupon for the 500 deal and $20.00 per Groupon for the 1000 deal. Unfortunately we do not offer pricing at a per photo base. So now for clarity let me go on. I'm not sure you understood my question, perhaps you di? I was asking about 3 1/2 by 5 inch pictures. I don't see a groupon for this size pictures. Where can I get one of these? If I can't get a groupon for 3 1/2 by 5 inch pictures what would the costs be per 500 or 1000.

Larry P.  asked on  Mar 5, 2013

A:

Larry - The 2 Groupons that you see are the only ones that are offered. Once you place the order for the Groupon and would like to send in different size photos like your 3 1/2 x 5 photos you can do so. However you will have to select " Sizes other than 4x6 " on the order form for the additional fee. Please contact our customer service number 949-474-7654 if you have any further questions so we can better assist.

Couple more questions: 1) How many photos will be scanned onto a dvd? 2) Will the operator scan a rubberbanded bundle of 100 or 150 photos in the order that they are bundled or will they let that bundle get out of order and randomly scan photos from that bundle?

Q:

I have two questions: 1. My 4X6 photos will be rubberbanded in groups of 100-150 and chronological from one side of box to the other, will the operator take the photo groups out of the box in the order they are in or will they select a group of photos from the middle of the box and then start scanning random rubberbanded groups? 2. Can I buy the two gifts for someone in my household with the same address?

Jeanette S.  asked on  Mar 5, 2013

A:

Jeanette - If the scan in order service is not selected we do not guarantee that the photos will be scanned in the order you send them in. Also, the Groupon gifts must be used by someone with a different address. You can buy up to a total of 4 per person/household.
