Q:

After we receive the DVD finished product, can we copy the DVD or is it locked in some way?

Brenda C.  asked on  Dec 29, 2012

A:

Yes, you can both make copies of the DVD and prints from the DVD. The images are standard JPEG files which are almost universal in their acceptance for printing. Also, Watch these useful behind the scenes photo scanning videos: http://ow.ly/1Qht9O http://ow.ly/1Ogl8X http://ow.ly/1y5Ybs

Q:

I purchased 2 of the high resolution packages today but didn't see the option for keeping photos "in order" for an additional fee (?), as mentioned in the instructions. I plan to bundle my photos in the order I want. What is the additional fee and do still have that option to add to my order? Thank you. Mary ( marymaier@msn.com ).

Mary M.  asked on  Dec 29, 2012

A:

We do offer a service to have your order scanned in any specific order. If you would like to add the Scan in Order service here's how: First, purchase the Groupon deal today. Then, when submitting your photos to us for scanning, select the option Scan in Order on the order form for an additional $14.95 per Groupon. This will allow you to send your photos in any specific order and your order will be scanned in that order. Q:

The endorsement on the site says "Toss everything in the prepaid box...". Do you send a prepaid box or is that the responsibility of the customer? Unclear from your website. thanks.

Adam F.  asked on  Dec 26, 2012

A:

While we do offer a prepaid box that you can purchase online, this Groupon can not be used towards receiving any discounts towards our prepaid scanning services. When purchasing this Groupon you will have to provide the shipping of the photos to us in any box you would prefer to use.
