More Questions and Answers

Q:

What is the cost of "scan in order"?

Karon W.  asked on  Nov 26, 2012

A:

I'm not quite sure what you are referring to. Please see more information about this Groupon listed here.

Annette B.  from  Self  replied on  Nov 26, 2012

A:

Scan in Order is $14.95 per Groupon, per 500 photos - If you need your photos to be scanned in a specific order, you must order the "Scan in Order" service for an additional fee. Ordering the "Scanning in Order" service will let the scanning technician know that you need to have your photographs scanned in the order you have specified. If this service is not ordered, the first step prior to scanning is to remove all rubber bands from your order and the scanning technician will scan the photos in whatever order is convenient. Additionally, if you are submitting various sizes and would like to have your photos scanned in a specific order, you must order both the Scan in Order AND Sizes other than 4x6 services.

Q:

how quick is the turnaround? i.e., once i send in how soon will i get the cd?

Sandi S.  asked on  Nov 26, 2012

A:

Turnaround time is based on how many orders are currently in-house when your order arrives. If it were to arrive today, we would quote 2-4 weeks for completion. Once your order arrives, we will email you noting the arrival of the order as well as an estimated time of completion.

Q:

I purchases a groupon the last time you offered one. Can I do so again?

therese t.  asked on  Nov 25, 2012

A:

While there are no rules saying you can't purchase more, we, like most businesses use Groupon to introduce customers to our service and hope that they find enough value and great service to do repeat business at full price. That is how businesses that "advertise" on Groupon remain in business long-term.
