Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

If I am a grandma wanting to take my grandkids, do I have to buy a ticket or can I come in and be with them for free as I will not be participating? They are 9 & 8 yrs old and I don't want them to go by themselves.

Nancy J.  asked on  Sep 23, 2013

A:

Hello Nancy. Admission to the park is free. You do not need the Unlimited Pass to enter the park. You only need it if you plan to go on rides and play mini golf with your grandchildren.

Q:

Is the go carts apart of the unlimited pass or do you have to pay extra for that? Also, will the park be decorated for Halloween? Similar to Knotes Scary Farm? Thank you.

Anna N.  asked on  Sep 27, 2013

A:

Hello Anna, the go karts are considered a ride so the Unlimited Pass does grant unlimited use of the go karts. We do decorate for Halloween around the park, and our Haunted House opens at 8pm on Fridays and 7:30 on Saturdays. Please note the Haunted House is a special event therefore admission to our Wussmaker maze isn't included with the Unlimited Pass. Admission to our Blackout maze IS included with an Unlimited Pass, however. Hope that helps.

More Questions and Answers

Q:

Can you bring in your own food and drinks? Also, If I also purchased the Haunted House tickets at $15 how will that work if I am spending the day there using my unlimited pass? Do I show them the groupon for that as well when I'm entering the park for the full days unlimited use? Thanks.

Anna N.  asked on  Sep 27, 2013

A:

Hello Anna, No outside food or drink is permitted. Um, if I understood you correctly you purchased a Groupon for the Haunted House and another Groupon for the Unlimited Pass. Both of those Groupons may be redeemed at the same time, and you can hold on to your admission ticket for the Haunted House until the house opens, but enjoy unlimited use of the rides and mini golf during the day when you redeem your Groupon for the Unlimited Pass option at the box office.

how long is the unlimited pass good for?

Nancy J.  asked on  Sep 22, 2013

A:

Normally, you can find this information in the Fine Print section under the image on the deal page or next to the Groupon in your account if you have already purchased it. If the deal says "Expiration Varies" simply click on the BUY button and you will see each option listed with its respective expiration date. That option expires Mar 23, 2014
