I'm a gentleman, 66 years old, and reasonably agile; would this be for me? If yes, then this question follows; If I purchase the $59 deal, would I be able to attend 24 classes (6 per week) over a 4 week period? Many thanks in advance for a prompt reply .... AB

We are not like your typical boot camp class that you would find in a gym. We attract a different clientele in that they are usually older, uncomfortable with going to the gym, and just don't know where to turn. Our Boot Camp is pretty much just a buzz word. When you walk in, your going to get the personal attention that you need. It's like hiring a personal trainer but for 1/4 the cost. Our clientele ranges from 36 yrs old to 75 yrs old, and yes they are all in boot camp. If your agile, and can move pretty good, then I think we would be perfect fit for you. My suggestion would be to purchase this deal and try it out. I know that you'll absolutely love it, then environment, the people, all awesome. As far as the classes, we teach 3 in the morning, and 3 at night Mon.-Thur and on friday we have 5 classes to choose from and sat. we have one class at 9:00 am, but it is geared to people that are trying to get ready for a mud run like Tough Mudder, or Warrior Dash. More intense than the ones we teach during the week. For men, you'll have to check our schedule because we do have some women only classes. I hope that our schedule will fit yours and that I get to meet you soon. Have an awesome day and feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have more questions, or you can of course ask on here as well.
