Q:

My health is excellent. How would I benefit from acupuncture? I have a friend who saw you in November and used a groupon. Is she able to purchase and use a groupon again?

lorie t.  asked on  Jan 9, 2013

A:

Our clinic sees many patients who are otherwise healthy. They find that acupuncture eases their daily stress, increases their overall energy and helps alleviate chronic aches and pains. Many of our patients come in for specific problems like sports injuries, fertility issues, smoke, additions and weight loss and feel so good they continue on with wellness care. Additionally, office also offers herbal medicine and advanced nutrition to detox patients and help their bodies express optimum health. Many chronic health problems today are influenced by toxins in our foods and environment and our office takes a total holistic overview when dealing with health problems. Additionally, more information can be found on our website: www.acupuncturetoledo.com

Q:

If I purchase the Groupon with both an Acupuncture Session and a Massage, can I get them done at the same appointment or will they be scheduled on seperate days?

Michelle B.  asked on  Jan 9, 2013

A:

The acupuncture includes a comprehensive case history and exam. This is provided by the Doctor Schwan. The massage is provided by our staff massage therapist, Jessica. It is very difficult to schedule these two different procedures on the same day due to timing problems. Also expect your first acupuncture visit to last about 40 minutes and the massage is an hour long. Saying that, however, sometimes it IS possible to schedule both sessions at the same time. Just call the office and talk with Michelle or Lori.
