About SciTech Hands On Museum

In 1988, Fermilab physicist Ernest Malamud had a dream of an interactive space where kids and adults could get up close and personal with science and technology, inspiring minds of all ages to discover the world around them. SciTech is the culmination of that dream. Whether measuring the speed of your fast ball, putting your hand in the center of a tornado, or writing your name in Egyptian hieroglyphics, visitors are invited to explore STEAM fields through over 200 interactive exhibits that inspire imagination and discovery. SciTech also offers group field trips, overnight events, scout programs, birthday parties, and day camps. Visitors can also check out the STEAMart, which features unique gifts, gadgets, and gizmos to go!
