Overall it was a great experience. The bike was a lot slower than we expected which made traffic and getting around a lot more difficult.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. We did not make a reservation online prior but stopped by to see if they had availability and they took us right in. They showed us what to do and we were on our way for a fun 3 hours. The scooter does 25-35MPH and got us everywhere our feet didn't. Would definitely suggest to others

make sure to check your slingshot to see if the hood is hatched. I had an issue with the hatch not locked while we were out and the hood started flying up on the freeway. Very dangerous so we drove back and the owner was not sorry at all. Also was going to charge us the mandatory insurance twice. Really need improvement on customer service. Had 2 hours which was just enough time for Red Rock

Had a wonderful time wish they offered longer rides on Groupon. The clutch is really loose didn't stall out at all. Everyone was helpful and nice. You have to pay like $50 ,in additional fees but YOLO!! $500 Deposit also on CC or $1000 on debit. Lots of fun. Wear sunblock!!

The experience itself is pretty fun once you're actually driving around so I would still recommend this. But be aware that you have to call WAY in advance - I'm talking weeks! - when you're using a Groupon. If you walk in without a Groupon you can rent same day, but they only rent a few a day with vouchers. We had to book 2 weeks out even though they had availability same day if we didn't use our Groupon. So just know that going into it.

Then when they get back and tell us that they will be buying one when they go home to where they are from, Thats a cool feeling too.
