And the made-from-scratch breakfasts are just as memorable. From orange juice to batter and butter, the staff makes everything by hand. The kitchen cracks more than 18,000 eggs each week, whipping up omelets, scrambles, Benedicts, and edible monuments to Charles Barnard, the inventor of chicken wire. Its stacks of pancakes, gluten-free French toast, and waffles steeped in syrup add sweetness to the breakfast menu, while burgers and sandwiches offer a traditional lunchtime alternative.
