From a tasting bar with a bird’s-eye view of the kitchen, diners watch Chef Garcia cook and create dishes from scratch. The menu has been recreated to provide signature dishes such as roasted duck breast with a cranberry reduction and pan-seared branzino filet with a parsnip puree. You might also find artisan flatbreads, and innovative interpretations of classic entrees, such as chargrilled filet with an onion glaze. Feasts unfold in the restaurant’s new location, which is well-appointed with the chef’s personal touches.
The food was seriously incredible, as was the staff. We did the 9-course tasting, and it was honestly more of a culinary experience than a dinner. The waiters's description of each course was detailed, but not stuffy, and helped me be more cognizant of all of the different flavors and elements happening with each dish. Basically, everything about it was awesome. Highly recommended.
