Chef Jason Anderson has worked in a lot of gourmet kitchens, but none quite so peripatetic as his latest venture. His mobile kitchen, Scratch-Bistro, brings folks a distinctly upper-crust menu. Fans can follow the daily schedule to get their fill of tempura shrimp tacos in chipotle remoulade, akaushi beef burgers blended with truffled mushrooms and blanketed in dijon aioli, and a rich lobster mac made with Irish cheddar aged for two years.
