The experience was affordable and a great intro to scuba diving without the heft investment on scuba gear. Would be nice if the pool had more mini games.

Preface: We were a group of 10. The director, Mike, goes over how his school operates and what potential future students could expect including their cert dives in the Cayman Islands. There’s a safety video.
The actual pool is at a school and felt adequate for 10 people. We spent over an hour in the water left to our own devices and it was pretty fun getting used to the gear and just swimming.

About SPE Dive School
During the Discover SCUBA Diving experience, students will learn the skills necessary to breathe underwater. Outfitted with SCUBA equipment in a shallow pool environment, they'll be led by an experienced instructor through a hands-on, quick-and-easy introduction to the world underwater. While not a complete certification course, the SPE Dive School's Discover SCUBA Experience is designed to whet the palate of anyone interested in taking the plunge with a more advanced course.
