What kind of shape do you need to be in to do this? Sounds hard. Need to tighten up, but NOT in shape.

The cool thing about TRX is that it is easily modified so that all levels can work in the same class. It can be as basic or challenging as you make it. Our instructors will encourage you to challenge yourself but you determine the intensity of your exercises by the angle of your body into the straps.
