During G.R.I.T. boot-camp classes, certified trainers whip clients into shape with exercises that require minimal equipment and can be easily completed at home. Boot-camp classes take place Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6 a.m. at Sculpted Lifestyles’ Sheridan Road location. Check the class schedule for a complete list of class locations and times.
