Our family of four (husband, wife, 13-year-old and 10-year-old) took the 10-mile bike tour at the end of March 2017. We had so much fun! George showed us around beautiful San Diego while riding at a pace we could all enjoy. We highly recommend SD Bike Tours.

  • Guided 2-Hour Bike Tour of Downtown San Diego for Two
  • Guided 2-Hour Bike Tour of Downtown San Diego for Four

During the tour, cyclists will take in the neighborhoods, streets, and parks of downtown San Diego. The tour for two is taken with two other cyclists, while the tour for four is private and includes only the four riders. Both tours include a knowledgable tour guide, use of a helmet, and use of a 21-speed bicycle.

Tours start on the embarcadero where West Broadway hits the water, just south of the Carnitas Snack Shack. After a short safety brief and bike overview, the group checks out historic buildings, new developments, dive bars, and posh patios. The route is mostly flat throughout the roughly 10-mile trek, with one gradual climb to take in the scenery. Tours run around two hours in length, depending on the group’s water breaks and rest periods.
