Don't be fooled by Sea's strip-mall location—this award-winning restaurant boasts both elegantly-plated cuisine and a charming dining room. Here, cobalt linens pop against white table settings, as do the colorful sea creatures hand-painted on the walls and inlaid ceiling. Perhaps not surprisingly, the menu focuses on seafood, such as Florida snapper baked in dijon mustard and seared jumbo scallops finished in a tomato beurre-blanc sauce. Guests will also notice evidence of new owner Edith Barthelemy's French heritage—escargot provencal are among the appetizers, and croque monsieur's are on the menu at lunch.
