Purchased a couples massage. My massage therapist muttered under her breath the entire time, complained to the other therapist during our session for apparently using the last heated towel and then proceeded to wipe the massage oil off me with a cold towel in a less than gentle manner. Afterwards she tried to chit chat telling me she was running on only an hour of sleep and had to borrow money to get to work today. I understand that everyone has bad days but when you work in the service industry especially in massage therapy you need to put your personal issues aside and focus on providing a relaxing experience for your client.
I gave 3 stars because my boyfriend got a great massage from Nelson. I just hope that the female massage therapist can learn to keep her personal issues to herself. I will not return to this location for another massage.
They were running a few (maybe 5-10) minutes behind, but made sure to still give us our full 1 hour massage, even though it meant them staying a little late. They did this without any prompting. It was noticed and appreciated by my girlfriend and me.
Customer service was great! Massage was satisfactory, lack of intake form was unprofessional. The massage began and we were promptly asked about “pressure” and “target areas” but injuries were addressed...if you have any type of sports injury do NOT get a massage here, they are not trained in that aspect (my knee injury was irritated and has been worse since) overall very basic, amateur, massage.

About Sea Spa
For the therapists at Sea Spa, massages aren’t simply a way to pamper oneself for an hour; they are tools that improve the function of the body. They evidence this belief within the earth-toned spa’s soothing environs, complete with hardwood floors, padded massage tables, and plush reflexology chairs. Here, the Swedish and deep-tissue strokes of their relaxing and rejuvenating spa massages are supplemented with natural ingredients. Mineral mud exfoliates during deep-cleansing massages, and sea salt works to clear the skin of toxins, impurities, and tattoos of full recycle bins. Steam loaded with herbs used in chinese and tibetan medicine seeps into the skin during footbaths that aim to detox from the inside, a process that can strengthen immune systems and increase energy.
