A Chat with Seacoast Power Yoga
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our teachers are caring, very well trained and passionate about yoga. An intimate studio space helps us know who we are practicing with. Our yoga is challenging and will ask students to mentally and physically go beyond their self imposed limits and open themselves up to new possibilities.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Very simply, the more we practice yoga the more our life changes off the mat. Yoga can make us feel calmer, more patient and relaxed, and also give us more focus. To encourage consistency, we hold 2 challenges a year where students that practice 20 times in 30 days are given a free month of yoga.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I fell in love with this yoga instantly and it has had a huge impact on my life. When I moved to the Seacoast, there was no studio within a 1 hour drive that offered the same kind of yoga. I wanted to share this yoga with the Seacoast to offer students transformation and life altering results.
What do you love most about your job?
Sharing what I love and seeing the impact it has on students. Celebrating when students open themselves up to new possibilities, whether that’s getting into a pose they didn’t think they could or feeling more patient and loving around their family.
