What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
sealedclutch is a fitness program developed by Cameil Ross, who believes you can be fiercely fit and fashionable. With boot camp and personal training sessions held all around Brooklyn and NYC, sealedclutch fitness is a unique fitness program for all women! All fitness levels are welcomed to join!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I keep my clients motivated by assuring them that being fitter is always sexy! I push my clients to be the best versions of themselves.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My inspiration to start sealedclutch was my own fitness journey. I was tired of gimmicks and fads, so I started my journey to weight loss and have since then become certified and begun training.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the satisfaction on my clients’ faces when they make it through a workout that they thought was impossible or reach a fitness goal that we set forth.

Yes, the instructor was great. I’m new to working out and she took my limitations into consideration. She motivated me to push, push and push. I’m definitely booking more sessions. The workouts are intense but I’m seeing results already. My endurance and stamina has definitely gotten better. My advice to others is to book early in order to lock in the dates you want, bring water and get ready to WORK!
