Had a fantastic experience!! The photographer was so friendly and professional...our pictures turned out great!

The photographer at Cataraqui Town Center Sears was amazing. She was so patient and helpful with our children. She had some good strategies for getting them to smile and stay in the pose. She was very professional and nice. I don't like that you have to choose the package and look at the photos so quickly. I felt too rushed. THe next group of people came 15 minutes early and I felt that they kind of made us rush out of there. I left quite frustrated that we didn't really understand what photos were there. I don't understand all the package options. I am not actually very satisfied with the experience and the product in terms of family photos but I don't want to rate this too low because the photographer herself was outstanding. just the procedure is poor. Too rushed. I may be more frustrated with Groupon because it was not clear to me that you can get 5 sheets and a 10 X 13 of ONE (ONLY ONE) photo. So the same photo in a bunch of different sizes. Not really a great deal I think.

Erinn was an absolute delight. My 17 month old son and 22 month old nephew had their own photos done and she was wonderful with them. Usually they are unhappy with strangers but she was patient and she took amazing photos. This was at the sears in the cataraqui center in Kingston I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.
